Accelerated
Book Club
Learn faster. Lead better.
We all have a pile of leadership and professional development books we want to read but never find the time. Even when we do, it’s hard to remember what we read, let alone turn it into action.
That’s why I created the Accelerated Book Club. In just 60 minutes, I distill the key insights from a carefully chosen book, guide reflection on what it means for you, and help you craft clear, actionable next steps so you leave with more than ideas, you leave ready to lead differently.
No prep, no reading, just high-impact learning that sticks.
ABC runs quarterly and can also be booked for a team or client event on a date to suit you.

How it works
Each Accelerated Book Club (ABC) session is built around a carefully chosen leadership book (scroll down to see past reads). I distil the key ideas in advance, so there’s no pre-reading required.
In 60 minutes, I guide participants through the most relevant insights, with space to reflect on how they connect to your leadership challenges. By the end, you’ll feel like you’ve read the book - and can either log off ready to take action or stay for the optional “discussion after-party.”
ABC sessions run quarterly over lunch via Zoom and are designed to be accessible, focused, and practical. They can also be commissioned as a team or client event, either face-to-face or online.

Bring ABC to your team or clients
Accelerated Book Club sessions can be commissioned as part of leadership development programmes, internal Lunch & Learn series, off-site strategy days, or client events. Each session is carefully designed to provide the space to think clearly, reflect deeply, and turn big leadership ideas into meaningful action, without pre-reading or follow-up workload.
ABC offers a practical, evidence-informed way to invest in leadership thinking while respecting already full diaries. Your team will gain access to high-quality leadership insights, structured reflection, and clear, actionable next steps.
The result? Leaders who take action, teams that perform, and a culture that thrives.
Ideal for:
